The Bank of China (601988) announced on Thursday night that the company's convertible bonds will be listed on the Shanghai stock exchange in June 18, 2010.

The convertible bond price on the first day of the convertible bond is 3.88 yuan / share.


The listing of convertible bonds is 40 billion yuan (40 million hands), referred to as the Bank of China convertible bonds, the code is 113001, the date of continuation is from June 2, 2010 to June 2, 2016.


Bank of China closed 3.55 yuan on Thursday, down 2.20%.
