Hanfu Dress

Today's China Economics And the way of life is increasingly in line with the international community. But with the increasing economic strength, there is a new trend of restoring Chinese tradition on the earth. Some people call it "cultural renaissance". The most obvious example is that some people are trying to bring back the Hanfu that dominates the Chinese society 360 years ago to the new era.

Hanfu It is the national costume of Chinese Han nationality. Its origin can be traced back to the period of the three emperors and five emperors to the Ming Dynasty, and for thousands of years, the Chinese people (Han nationality) have never changed their basic characteristics of dress. The clothing worn by Han people during this period is called Hanfu. In the era of yellow and yellow, Huang Di wore clothes and ruled by the whole world. Hanfu was a basic form, which has been perfected and popularized in Han Dynasty through the standard system of Zhou Dynasty. After that, although the Han costume of some dynasties had partial changes, their main characteristics remained unchanged, all of which were characterized by Han Dynasty.

Hanfu is one of the oldest costumes in the world. The book of historical records is made by Huang Di. "Before the Yellow Emperor, there was no room for clothes. And the yellow emperor built houses, made clothes, camps and burial. (historical records Volume 1, five emperors first)

About 5000 years ago, China was in Neolithic In the period of Yangshao culture, primitive agriculture and textile industry were produced, and clothes were made from sackcloth. Later, silkworms and silk spun were invented. People's dress and clothing became more and more complete. The crown system appeared in the Yellow Emperor era, and the dress system gradually formed. After the Xia and Shang Dynasties, the crown clothing system was initially established and gradually completed in the Western Zhou Dynasty. In the later period of Zhou Dai, the political, economic, ideological and cultural changes had taken place. Especially, the hundred schools of thought had a certain influence on the improvement of dress. During this period, a large pattern of Hanfu was created and became a gown worn by princes and doctors at night. The crown system was incorporated into the "rule of Rites" and became a form of etiquette. From then on, the Chinese dress system was more detailed.

The Han nationality's dress system has not changed greatly since Zhou Dai to the Ming Dynasty in the past three thousand years. Until the early Qing Dynasty more than 300 years ago, the dress system collapsed. After the fall of the Ming Dynasty in 1644, during the Qing Dynasty's war with Nanming, the Qing rulers vigorously implemented Manchu hairstyles and Manchu costumes to weaken the Han nationality's sense of national identity in order to maintain the rule of Manchuria's aristocracy, and banned the people from wearing Han costumes. This makes Hanfu fade away. Today's cheongsam, long gown and mandarin jacket are the improvement and development of ethnic costumes dominated by Manchu, rather than traditional Han ethnic costumes.

After the revolution of 1911 overthrew the rule of Manchuria aristocracy, people's thoughts tended to westernization, and they changed to western style clothes without restoring Hanfu. But in the early twenty-first Century, with the development of China's national strength, people began to examine the outstanding part of their traditional culture. Some people again advocate reviving traditional Hanfu and promoting it in Hanfu. There are different views about the behavior of these people.

The main characteristics of Hanfu are hand over, right clasp, no buttons, and knot with rope, giving people the impression of free and easy and elegant. These characteristics are obviously different from other ethnic costumes. Hanfu is divided into formal dress and regular clothing. In terms of form, there are mainly types of clothing under clothing (clothing in ancient times refers to skirts), "deep clothing" system (to stitch up the clothes under the jacket) and "skirt skirt" system. Among them, the Coronet costume under the coat is the most formal formal dress of the emperor, and the gowns are deep clothing for all officials and scholars. Ordinary working people usually wear short clothes and trousers.

Wearing the curling style, the curving side of the next round is round or two circles around the human body. The skirt of the lower garment is stacked with streamlined lines, but noble and unreserved. The most popular skirt in the Tang Dynasty is the representative of the Han costume of the undergarment, the matching of the clothes and the skirt of the lower skirt, and the beauty of simplicity. The wooden cloak which is developed from the straight collar Han clothing refers to the valuable fur coat knitted by the feather feather of white crane and other birds, and its long, long and elegant long coat to the ground. Its leisurely and tranquil style is loved by middle-aged men. After thousands of years of development, Hanfu has deducted hundreds of styles, such as women's love in the court of the Han Dynasty under its basic style of elegance and fluency.

Hanfu also absorbs the advantages of many other ethnic costumes in the course of its development. The most famous one is "Hu Fu riding and shooting". That is to say, on the basis of wide sleeves and big sleeves, it has absorbed the characteristics of simple and convenient Hu clothes, redesigned it and made it into an improved short coat. However, Hanfu has absorbed the outstanding elements of the foreign costumes, but has not changed its basic characteristics, such as the cross, the right, the tie, the hidden buckle and so on. Hanfu is also on the basis of satisfying the traditional and cultural style of Hanfu, which has been slightly improved in materials, patterns and details, thus forming a modern Hanfu system.

Headwear is an important part of Han costume. In ancient Han Dynasty, men and women had grown their hair into bun plates on their heads after adults. Men often wear crowns, towels, hats and so on. Women's bun can also be combed into various styles, and beads, steps and other ornaments are worn on the bun. On both sides of the temples, there are temples and drapes and heads.

As the "skin" of the Chinese nation, Hanfu is deeply branded in all aspects of Chinese civilization, representing the gorgeous, elegant and broad temperament of this ancient country. Like ancient China, the basic form of Hanfu provides the standard for the eastern world. Today, many ethnic costumes of many ethnic groups in China and East Asia, such as the clothes of some ethnic minorities in China, are influenced by Hanfu, while Korean Hanfu and kimono are directly developed from Hanfu. Hanfu is not only Han Chinese, Chinese Hanfu, but also the Han costume of Asia and the world.
