Donghua University Signed A Permanent Cooperation Agreement With SWAROVSKI

Recently, the whole body was studded with 40000 SWAROVSKI crystals, and 50 teachers and students from Donghua University spent half a year, elaborately designed and completed the 60th anniversary school celebration "reeling". Once they appeared, "SWAROVSKI 5th anniversary creative design center retrospective exhibition" caused a sensation.

This retrospective exhibition will last for a month. It will be displayed at the exhibition hall of the 5 floor of the Shanghai textile and clothing Museum, Donghua University.

On the day of the 60th anniversary anniversary celebration of Donghua University held in October 28th, the Donghua University also signed a permanent cooperation agreement with the senior headquarters of SWAROVSKI headquarters in Austria who came to congratulate him.

Reeling, which means spinning cocoons in boiling water, is a traditional Chinese textile technology. The works are based on the ancient Sichuan folk silk reeling machine and SWAROVSKI crystal.

Donghua University SWAROVSKI creative design center, since its establishment in 2006, has trained more than 1000 students from the Fashion Design Institute of Donghua University, textile art design and industrial plastic arts and design in 5 years. A total of 10 professional teachers from various design fields undertake the teaching of the course. 4 Donghua University and SWAROVSKI creative design competition has been held successfully. 4 students have been given the opportunity to visit the SWAROVSKI headquarters in Austria.

The cooperative institutions include the top 10 top art schools in the world, including the New York Fashion Institute, Italy European Design Institute, Paris international fashion Art Institute and so on. Donghua University's design works can be exhibited with Chanel, Armani, Fendi and other world fashion brands.
