Women's clothing Specialized Committee.

The rise of women's clothing brands has been launched in July 30th this year, which further boosted the development of women's wear industry.

The rise of the brand market has made the brand of women's clothing more precise.

Now, there are many women's enterprises who are going to enter the overseas market with their own brands. Ji Fen has held many fashion shows in Paris fashion week. The Jiangnan cloth clothing store has opened to more than 10 countries, such as Japan, the United States, Canada and France.

Jewelry industry is in a period of rapid development. People's demand for ornaments is increasing. Fashion and personalized accessories are becoming more and more popular.

Fashion and personalization have become the trend of jewelry development.

At the same time, brand awareness is constantly increasing, and marketing mode is becoming more diversified.


Garment accessories Specialized Committee.

With the continuous emergence of new technologies, new materials and new technologies, the fashion, personalities and popular features of accessories will be further reflected.

Bargaining should be analyzed from two aspects. First, we feel that the bargaining power of domestic brands is a bit too strong, and consumers all reflect that the price of Chinese clothing may be a bit high.

On the other hand, in the international market, we only have the share of processing, not the market share, nor the brand share.

Therefore, we should move from a big garment country to a strong garment country and a strong brand country.


The second is the docking and control of supply chain and industrial chain.


Whoever masters the excellent supply chain is the winner and who will be the future.

For our clothing enterprises, we grasp the supply of fabrics and control about 70% of the whole supply chain, so we have 30% space to save costs.

Now the best factories are doing OEM and ODM for the market brand. In fact, many of our new fashion companies or The Virtual Corporation are thinking about how to cooperate with the processing enterprises.

We also appeal to industrial clusters with interest and control to rethink how to serve Chinese brands. This is a win-win direction.

The third point is that smiles appear at both ends.


This may also be a common problem faced by various Specialized Committee. R & D, design, talent and mode need replanning.

Today, I extend the design, we must take clothing as the leader, with fabric as a breakthrough, to downstream cooperation.

Textile enterprises or printing and dyeing enterprises, especially textile enterprises, do not know the yarn or fabric they sell to anyone.

The fashion designer has a good idea, but there is no suitable material to achieve his creativity.

So this year we focus on industrial docking. In the future, clothing design should be linked with fabric designers and even yarn designers to improve our efficiency and strengthen our brand building.

This is a great article which deserves our further exploration and study.


Now that resources are concentrated on large enterprises, polarization is becoming more and more obvious. A large number of small and medium enterprises are facing the problem of repositioning.

Our next direction is actually very simple, that is, to implement the outline of the 12th Five-Year plan: structural adjustment, pformation and upgrading, and implement the five major strategies of brand, science and technology, culture, talents and sustainable development.

I believe that through our joint efforts in 12th Five-Year, we will lay the foundation for the realization of a strong garment country in 2020.


Reform


The third part, each Specialized Committee's work last year.


The first is to carry out industry research and provide relevant information consultation to governments and enterprises at all levels.

The second aspect is to build up communication and communication between upstream and downstream industries.

On the third hand, the revision of the national occupational ceremony has been launched. This workload is very heavy and has been matched by local associations at all levels and related enterprises, and a total of 1300 questionnaires have been collected.

The fourth aspect is the construction of Specialized Committee itself. First, the admission of new brands is to clean up and straighten out and ensure the healthy development of the membership.


The fourth part is about the future work.


Next, the Specialized Committee will focus on the development of the "12th Five-Year" development plan of the garment industry, take the independent innovation and brand building as an important support, take the prosperity of the market and expand domestic demand as the fundamental starting point, and speed up structural adjustment and industrial upgrading as the focus, laying a solid foundation for the realization of the goal of clothing power in 2020.


In the sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, we pointed out that the system of socialist core values is the soul of invigorating the country, and for our garment industry, it is the road of great power.

Now, the setting up of various Specialized Committee may be deeply embedded in the planned economy, and can not keep up with the development needs of the industry. At the same time, it also brings burdens to our members.

Since then, six special committees have been held each year, and then a joint annual meeting has been held.

The next stage of professional committee setting needs to be readjusted, and reform is imperative.
