On the 18 day, the Quanzhou Academy of fine arts, Liming Vocational University and Quanzhou textile and garment Institute jointly established the Quanzhou Normal University garment college.
The Institute will train applied talents based on orders from Quanzhou and Fujian footwear and garment enterprises, break through the bottleneck of talents in footwear industry, and promote Fujian.
