In the past 6 years, Dalang has built 2 STOL CNC rooms, 1 Sheng Xing numerical control rooms, 1 scare rooms and 1 wool textile training bases.

This year, the city's financial appropriation is 2 million 700 thousand yuan as a special fund for wool weaving specialty. With this fund, 1 new and whole rooms of wool weaving, 2 intelligent alarm rooms and 3 numerical control looms have been built in Dalang vocational middle school, so as to further enhance the practical ability of wool specialized students.


Dalang vocational middle school has also introduced a group of knitting teachers with skilled knitting skills and qualification from teaching through the mode of "external employment and internal pfer".

We should strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises, set up off campus training bases, invite industry experts, technicians and teachers to communicate with teachers and students, and teach the latest technological knowledge in the industry.

We have compiled and used the wool based professional school-based teaching materials of 5 subjects and formed a scientific woolen course system.


Close to industrial development and nurture talents


Over the past 6 years, a number of highly skilled students have been nurtured in Dalang's vocational schools. These professional graduates not only earn 100% of their employment rate, but also become highly skilled workers in large wool weaving enterprises and become more technical leaders.


Among them, 2006 grade Zhou Huiru, 2007 grade Ye Yanting, 2008 grade Zhang Jiawen three people won the "Wei Wei Cup" gold, silver and bronze awards respectively, and Wu Wanmei and other 30 students were awarded various kinds of provinces, cities and towns.

Ye Hemian, President of Dalang vocational middle school, told reporters that from the beginning of this year's new term, the original design and management of computers, computers and accountants in Dalang will be adjusted to professional woolen art design, woolen machinery engineering and wool textile business to meet the needs of talents in all aspects of the woollen industrial chain.


Ye Hemian also revealed that the Dalang vocational middle school plans to build an independent training building with a height of 8 stories and a building area of 16 thousand square meters next year, with 36 functional rooms equipped to meet the growth needs of teachers and students in teaching venues and facilities.
