The main business revenue was 1 trillion and 170 billion yuan, accounting for 8% of the total industry in the province, accounting for 18% of the national textile industry. However, the new product development and testing capabilities were weak, standards and information lagged, and the efficiency and level of quality control were relatively low. The Provincial Bureau, through cooperation with the Jimo children's wear alliance, will provide the children's garment alliance with the latest national standards and industry information, as well as accurate, efficient and high-quality product quality testing and other technical services, so as to achieve resource sharing and create a children's clothing industry cluster with radiation influence.

In view of the particularity of infants and children groups, the new standards to be implemented have further improved the safety requirements of infants and children's textile products on the basis of the original textile safety standards. In terms of chemical safety requirements, the standard has increased 6 kinds of plasticizers and the limit requirements of 2 heavy metals such as lead and cadmium.

According to the requirements of safety, children's clothing safety technology categories are divided into three categories: A, B and C. Class A is the best, followed by B, and C is the basic requirement.

Infants and young children's textile products should meet the requirements of category a. Children's textile products with direct contact with the skin should meet the requirements of category B at least. Children's textile products with direct contact with the skin should meet the requirements of category C at least.

At the same time, children's clothing should be marked on the instructions, and infant textile products should also be filled with "baby products".
