The court found that the first creditors' meeting of Shaoxing County xintianlong Textile Co., Ltd. was held on October 12, 2020, Through the examination and verification of the creditor's rights at the meeting, there were 6 no objection claims, with a total amount of 30702110.63 yuan.
On April 8, 2021, the administrator filed an application for bankruptcy declaration to the court, and declared Shaoxing County xintianlong Textile Co., Ltd. bankrupt on April 15, 2021.
