Property Trust Contract

The same party: the entrusted unit (referred to as Party A).

Entrusted units (referred to as Party C):

In the case of a property trust in the direction of Party C, except for the provisions of the basic agreement on property trust, the specific provisions of the property trust shall be supplemented by the following clauses:

First, Party A will prepare the equipment (materials) ready for sale to the unit, and propose the property trust to the party, and require the party to provide financing during the delay in payment of the purchase unit.

Second party A guarantees the execution of the supply contract concluded between the supplier and the buyer.

The third party agrees that according to the fourth provision of the "basic agreement on property trust", two days after receipt of the bank acceptance bill of the required unit, the party shall forward all the payment to Party A on the basis of the amount of the acceptance bill.

Fourth Party A shall pay the party's property trust fee at the time of two days after receiving the advance payment from Party B.

Fifth, from the date of signing of this contract to the recovery of the principal and interest of the Hong Kong party to the property trust period, if any contingency occurs during the period and the party fails to recover the principal and interest on time, Party A confirms that the party has the right to recover the principal and interest that has not been recovered.
