Quanzhou Garment Enterprises Taiwan Market

According to the Quanzhou inspection and Quarantine Bureau, recently, Quanzhou enterprises have set up shop in Taiwan to speed up the development of Taiwan market.


Actively set up shop in Taiwan


According to the Quanzhou entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, following XTEP's opening of a special store in Taiwan, Anta, PEAK, Li Lang, dragon clothing and nine herdwang are also actively planning to set up offices in Taiwan.

Dehua ceramic industry has set up Dehua boutique white porcelain sales outlets in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung respectively, and set up an online marketing platform.

In addition, Fujian Taiwan Agricultural Products Trading Co., Ltd., Feng Ze shipping company, Quanzhou Zhong Quan international economic and technological cooperation (Group) Co., Ltd. and Anton Logistics Co., Ltd. have been approved to go to Taiwan to develop and operate in Taiwan.


Radiation to Southeast Asian market


The potential of Taiwan market is not small.

According to statistics from Quanzhou entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in 2009, Quanzhou exported 592 products to Taiwan, valued at $14 million 533 thousand, and Quanzhou was one of the most important export bases for footwear, clothing and ceramics in China. Its exports of footwear, clothing and ceramics were more than 6 billion US dollars a year.

The export potential is huge.


"The Taiwan market is a good bridge for the mainland to connect with the Southeast Asian market."

Zhuang Zhaohui, director of XTEP overseas center, told reporters that from the perspective of market expansion, Taiwan is a strong "launching station". By setting up points, enterprises can well radiate into the surrounding areas, such as the Asian market and the Middle East market.


Suitable agent form


It is understood that XTEP opened a special store in Taiwan, and took the form of local agents to enter the store.

The industry believes that this is a better way. In addition, it can also seek affiliate partners.

Taiwan agents or affiliate partners have a comprehensive understanding of local consumers' habits and preferences. For those products that are put into the Taiwan market, especially clothing products, we can make some adjustments in R & D, design and production according to consumer demand, so as to better expand the market.
