Cotton Textile And Other Industries Two Integration Development Level Evaluation Report Completed

The Ministry of industry and information technology announced on the 16 day that the evaluation report on the integration of informatization and industrialization in the seven key industries of iron and steel, fertilizer, heavy machinery, sedan, paper making, cotton textile and meat processing has been completed. The report shows that the integration of "two integration" of Chinese enterprises is still in the stage of partial application as a whole, and the level of integration of different industries is quite different.

The evaluation report shows that 24.5% of the assessment enterprises "two" integration is still in its infancy, focusing on the construction of information infrastructure.

43% of the evaluation enterprises are in the partial coverage stage of informatization, and the application of each individual business has a certain maturity, but collaborative integration has not yet been carried out.

22.2% of the evaluation enterprises are in the initial stage of integration or pition to integration stage, and have carried out collaborative integration among key business systems in varying degrees.

10.3% of the evaluation enterprises are in the stage of deep innovation, and have achieved remarkable results in market innovation, decision support and comprehensive energy conservation and emission reduction.

Among them, the integrated application of steel and car industry is more common. Heavy machinery and cotton textile industry are in the pition stage from partial coverage to integration. Fertilizer, paper and meat processing industries are basically in the partial coverage stage.

The report also shows that achieving business integration, fine management and process reengineering is an important feature of the "two integration" of leading enterprises.

These enterprises, on the basis of the deep application of single business information technology, have realized the deep convergence and synergy integration of research, production, supply, marketing, management and control, business and financial process, and optimized or profoundly changed the traditional business processes, management methods and business models, which has injected new powerful impetus to the development of enterprises.

The report proposes that promoting cross industry and inter departmental business synergy and resource integration is an important measure to deepen the integration of "two technologies".

Taking cotton textile industry as an example, the key to improve the computer aided cotton blending effect is the accuracy of raw cotton grade detection data.

In the United States, the agricultural sector has carried out the rapid detection of raw cotton grades in the acquisition process, combined with the use of barcode technology to achieve the package management of the acquisition, circulation and processing of raw cotton, and solved the accuracy, consistency and authority of raw cotton grade data from the raw cotton trade to the production process.

However, China alone solves this problem within the cotton textile industry. There are problems such as repeated testing, ununiformity of testing data, lack of authority and low utilization rate of instruments, which directly affect the popularization and application of computer-aided cotton blending.

The assessment further confirms that mature and applicable industrial software products and industry solutions are still lacking, and the high price of foreign software and follow-up services is not acceptable to most enterprises, which has become an important factor restricting the application of information technology in enterprises.

The report puts forward four key points in the next two steps of China's integration of the "integration of the two sides": first, in pforming the mode of development and adjusting the industrial structure, we will promote the integration of the "two integration" and improve the overall level of the industry, and combine the implementation of the "12th Five-Year" industry development plan with the combination of technological pformation, promoting energy saving, emission reduction and pollution reduction, and developing high-end manufacturing and other strategic emerging industries.

The two is to focus on the weak links in the industry, implement the integration of "two" and study and solve the key issues of cross industry and cross sector.

The three is to expand the scope of the assessment industry and participate in the scope of enterprises, so that more enterprises can understand and learn from the "two" integration evaluation index of the industry.
