Textile Machinery Exhibition In Europe

On the afternoon of June 22nd, China's textile industry

association

President Du Yuzhou met with Mr. Edward Roberts, chairman of the European textile machinery manufacturers Committee at Pudong Shangri-la Hotel in Shanghai.

During the meeting, Du Yuzhou talked about the last session.

Textile Machinery Exhibition

It was held against the background of financial crisis and economic downturn, and this exhibition was held in the economic rising stage.

At present, the economy of the world's textile giants is recovering. Manufacturers and users from various countries are exploring new development models.

The Chinese market is generally on the road of healthy development. In the future, the overall situation of the industry can be summarized by several key words of "industrial upgrading".

In the face of the new situation, China's textile industry needs to strengthen its work from four aspects in order to achieve industrial upgrading.

Du Yuzhou said that the upgrading of textile industry will encounter problems such as rising labor costs, exchange rate reform, and increasing pressure on energy saving and emission reduction, but these problems will not affect the normal development of China's textile industry.

The rising labor cost is closely integrated with the expansion and upgrading of China's market.

Exchange rate reform is conducive to China's cooperation with the rest of the world. China's expansion and other trading areas in the world are also the basis for China's exchange rate reform.

The exhibition is still dominated by traditional processing equipment, and our Chinese enterprises also need some new material processing equipment. In the future, the development of textile machinery industry should also increase the production of biological fibers, high-performance fibers and industrial textiles materials.

At present, dyeing and finishing equipment is facing the problems of cleaner production, water conservation and energy and product quality. To solve these problems, further cooperation between China and Europe is needed.

Cooperation is a trade platform, through which trade can be expanded. Cooperation is a link, which can connect China and foreign countries, connect upstream and downstream enterprises; at the same time, cooperation is also an Innovation window, and the upstream and downstream can get new inspiration from this window.

The second aspect of industrial upgrading is

brand

To build brand products, we should strengthen our work in terms of social responsibility and so on.

Social responsibility work started relatively late in China, but European enterprises have experience, and Chinese enterprises can learn through cooperation.

The third aspect is sustainable development.

Advocating sustainable development, first of all, because of insufficient resources. Secondly, sustainable development should also reflect low carbon textiles and green textiles. China's textile industry is now pursuing products that are both sustainable and profitable.

The fourth aspect is talent.

Talents involve training and training of engineering, R & D personnel and some professional and technical personnel.

At present, apart from a few large enterprises, most of the enterprises in China are local private enterprises. The competition among these enterprises is fierce. They are growing very fast. We hope that these Chinese textile and textile machinery enterprises can learn from European enterprises and achieve win-win results.

In the meeting, Roberts said that the success of Sino EU cooperation is mainly due to the good wishes of both sides for future development. The cooperation between Chinese enterprises and international enterprises is becoming more and more close. European enterprises' R & D and design of products gradually begin to rely on the Asian market, which is in line with the logic of future industrial development.

At the same time, he also expressed the hope that the two sides would achieve better and better cooperation on the basis of the future vision consensus.

Also attending the meeting were Comb, alternate chairman of the European textile machinery manufacturers Committee, Ms. Avery, secretary general, and Cooney, chairman of the Swiss Textile Machinery Association, and Carlsson, chairman of the Swedish Textile Machinery Association.

The Chinese side was accompanied by Xu Kunyuan, Wang Tiankai, Gao Yong and Zhang Yankai, vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Association, Wang Shutian, director of China Textile machinery and Equipment Association, and Xu Ying Xin, executive vice chairman of the textile industry branch of China Council for the promotion of international trade.
