In August 23rd, our province will send 31 elite models to Shanghai World Expo to display the modern fashion elements of national costumes to visitors from all over the world on the 5 day Yunnan week.

Yesterday afternoon, the Yunnan ethnic costumes exhibition, called "cloud and splendor", was held in Kunming for the first time after the training. It will be unveiled on the 27 day of the Shanghai Expo.

It is understood that the national costume unveiled at the Shanghai Expo is composed of 90 sets of national costumes "horse saddle series" and "embroidered series" collected from the Nu River clothing festival. There are also more than a dozen national costumes with a modern sense of style and color, designed by local designer Zhao Chunfu.
