Walking Shoes

1 theme content and scope of application

This standard specifies the inner sole of shoes. fibre Flexural performance requirements, test methods and inspection rules for boards.

This standard applies to leather shoes for general wear. Walking shoes Inner bottom fiberboard. Not applicable to Main heel Baotou and shoe inner pads, semi sole and special leather shoes and sneakers.

   2 technical requirements

The flexural index of all kinds of shoe inner bottom fiberboard and other longitudinal and transverse directions should meet the requirements of the following table.

Top quality goods

More than 2.9 or more than 2.5 or more than 1.9

  3 test method

3.1 test principle

The shoe fiberboard is flexed repeatedly until it breaks, and the flexural index is calculated according to the flexural times of fracture.

3.2 sample

Air conditioning for 3.2.1 samples

48h was placed in the environment with a temperature of 23 + 2 C and a relative humidity of (65 + 5)%. Mm + C

Preparation of 3.2.2 test strip

Two groups of strips of 800-1mm long and 10 + 0.2mm were cut on air conditioning samples, each with three strips. The long side direction of the first group was parallel to the direction of machining (referred to as longitudinal) of the shoe fiberboard, and the long side direction of the second groups was perpendicular to the direction of machining (referred to as transverse) of the shoe fiberboard.

3.3 test equipment XQ? /FONT>1 flexural tester.

The 3.3.1 gripper is made up of the upper holder and the lower holder (including load).

The flexion angle of the upper gripper is about 90 degrees and 1 degrees, the flexural frequency is 60 + 10, and the flexing frequency is /min (around flexion is 1 flexion times).

The mass of the lower gripper (including load) is 2 + 0.01kg. Limit the vertical movement under the flexion part of the test strip.

3.3.2 counters can record flexural times of each test piece separately. After the test strip is broken, the tester automatically stops.

3.4 test conditions

The test temperature was 23 + 2 and the relative humidity was (65 + 5)%.

3.5 test procedure

3.5.1 three test strips for each group should be tested at the same time.

3.5.2 the test strip is sequentially clamped in the upper holder. The long side of the test strip is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the holding length is about 15mm. The small fiber board with the same thickness is inserted into the other end of the clamp on the top of the test piece to ensure the parallelism of the two clamping surfaces.

3.5.3 holds the lower gripper (including load) on the other end of the test strip with a holding length of about 10mm.

3.5.4 turn the counter off and start the test until all the test strips are broken.

3.6 test results

3.6.1 the flexural index X: X=1/3 (lgX1+lgX2+lgX3) is calculated according to the following formula.

Type: X1, X2 and X3 are the number of flexural times of the three test strips in the same group.

3.6.2 results retain a decimal.

The longitudinal and transverse directions of 3.6.3 are expressed respectively.

3.7 test report

The 3.7.1 results are expressed in accordance with Article 3.6, and according to the second chapter, the criteria for excellence, first class, qualified or unqualified are required.

3.7.2 indicate the specification, grade, thickness and production plant of the sample.

3.7.3 mark the test temperature and relative humidity.

3.7.4 indicates that the tests are carried out according to this standard.

3.7.5 annotate the tester and date.

   4 inspection rules

4.1 each batch of products should be randomly selected for a flexural performance test.

4.2 in the first test, if the result of any direction does not conform to the requirement of flexural index, it may be re sampled and rechecked in the direction not meeting the requirements.

4.3 in the test results, two grades of vertical and horizontal directions are different at the same time.

GX-5075 fiberboard flexure testing machine, fiberboard bending test machine, fiberboard flexural testing machine, midsole fiber bending tester, fiberboard bending tester, and shoe fiber board bending tester are provided by Gao Xin testing equipment Co., Ltd.
