The Seoul Design Exhibition 2010 Will Open In September 17Th.

The design exhibition (SDF) will be held from September 17th to October 7th at the Seoul Olympic Stadium and four design industrial clusters in Hongkong, Hongyi District, East Gate Design Plaza, Mount Shan digital group and Xin Sha Dong area for 21 days.
This year began in 2008.
Design event
Its predecessor was the Seoul design Olympiad (SDO), which celebrates Seoul's selection as the world's design capital in 2010. It aims to attract designers, design experts, citizens and foreign tourists.

"The Seoul design exhibition will enhance the overall competitiveness of the Korean design industry, and this event will bring together the design works of the world's top designers and design studios," he said.
In 2010, the Seoul design exhibition was different from previous exhibitions because of its activities aimed at social vulnerable groups, such as lectures on Braille design.
The theme of this year's Seoul design exhibition is "design for all". It will organize various types of academic and cultural activities in the three broad categories of economy, participation and education.
One of the most outstanding new features of this exhibition is the three main pavilions in the Seoul Olympic Stadium. They will be designed by three of the greatest architects of the day. They are AlessandroMEndini from Italy, Daniel, DanielLibeskind from the United States and KimSeok-chul from Korea.
The design exhibition will hold a life design exhibition to showcase the design products of three Southeast Asian countries / regions, namely Korea, China and Japan.
As part of this design exhibition, we will also organize design related recruitment fairs and provide business consulting services in Hongyi District, aiming at young and emerging designers who are looking for jobs.
The Seoul brand exhibition will combine the next generation of IT technology and design, and the Seoul international design conference held in from September 17th to 18th will bring together world-renowned designers such as Chris, ChrisLuebkeman, AlEXandroMendini, Daniel, DanielLibeskind, Jin Xiche (KimSeok-chul) and John Wood (JohnWood).
The Seoul Design Fair will have the exhibition hall of the world's leading design companies, and will provide promotional space for more than 200 young designers from all over the world.
