The Ministry has approved and promulgated 4 standards for synthetic leather in light industry standards, which have been implemented since October 1st of this year.
The 4 criteria are polyurethane household synthetic leather safety technology, polyurethane superfine.
Fiber synthetic leather
General safety and technical conditions, polyurethane synthetic leather for cap, resilient polyurethane foam with high resilience.
"QB/T 4045-2010 polyurethane household synthetic leather safety technical requirements" provides household polyurethane.

Safety grade, requirement and test method.
This standard is applicable to polyurethane synthetic leather made from wet cloth or polyurethane coating and post processing.
"QB/T 4046-2010 polyurethane superfine fiber synthetic leather general safety technical conditions" stipulates the safety grade, safety technical conditions and test methods of polyurethane superfine fiber synthetic leather.
This standard is applicable to all kinds of polyurethane microfiber synthetic leather.
The "QB/T4047-2010 cap polyurethane synthetic leather" standard specifies the classification, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, pportation and storage of polyurethane synthetic leather for cap.
This standard is applicable to polyurethane synthetic leather made from dry cloth, wet polyurethane, and finishing.
"QB/T 2080-2010 high resilience soft polyurethane foam" standard specifies the classification, requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, pportation and storage of high resilience soft polyurethane foam.
The standard is suitable for producing high resilience soft polyurethane foam molded from polyether polyols and ISO esters as bulk raw materials and cold curing moulds.
