Behavior Etiquette Of Foreign Enterprises

To practice hard

More than 20 years of internal work, you finally entered the long-awaited.

Foreign enterprise

But that does not mean that it will be flat.

There are many seemingly trivial details in foreign companies, but they actually test the quality of a new employee.

Touchstone

You must not guard against it.

1. Envelope:

Many foreign companies, when receiving their resumes, will eliminate the first round of CVS with original company names on some envelopes.

The reason is very simple. It is a very disrespectful respect for the original unit and a very irresponsible performance of the applicant's behavior.

I have received such a resume, the envelope is his first work unit, the stationery is second, its beautiful color printing effect is very good, only on the bottom right-hand corner of each page are printed third companies mark.

I am very surprised that this person can actually concentrate the history of three units in four years in a resume. It is not intended to prove the authenticity of his resume, but a habit of becoming a natural expression.

This person's consistent working style and personal qualities deserve serious discussion.

2, telephone:

In foreign companies, generally speaking, there are telephone calls on everyone's desks, and generally domestic or international calls are required because of business needs.

However, there are still some companies in the corridors or rest areas specially set up for employees to make private phone calls, the purpose is to let everyone understand that the company phone is only for the purpose of the company's business, rather than chatting or handling private affairs.

3, mobile phone:

In the past few years, when the society was not yet popular, many salesmen were equipped with mobile phones for the company because of their business needs. The outsider seemed quite attractive. But when the phone was called by friends, they would still hang up the phone quickly after they were in Jane's because they knew in their heart that the private phone call on the monthly phone list would be included in their bill.

4, computer:

Many foreign companies do not allow employees to play games on the company's computers. Online chat is also prohibited by companies, but there are still some people who use the company's internal network to "laugh at the rivers and lakes."

An employee downloaded many pictures through the Internet to a foreign adult website, but unexpectedly, the high cost was counted on the head of the company. Under the inventory, the employee soon lost this pretty good job and was also badly damaged in his personal image.

5, paper:

Many companies have strict requirements for the use of paper. For example, there are usually three boxes beside the printer and photocopier, one is for holding new paper, the other is for one side, and the other is for both sides.

If you have used a piece of paper that is not convenient for printing or photocopying, you can simply bind it as a draft paper, or pay the invoice when it is used for financial reimbursement. In conclusion, it can definitely be used for other purposes, rather than being abandoned at will.

6, water cup:

Some companies stipulate that disposable paper cups can only be used for guests.

When a company meets, it is often seen that the side of the guest is a clear paper cup, while the company staff on this side are porcelain cups or glasses with different styles, which fully embodies the owner's style and hobbies.

7, electricity consumption:

At noon break time or office hours for a long time, it is necessary to turn off lights and computer monitors consciously.

If you arrive at a company at noon, you find that the lights are dim and the computer doesn't seem to start. Don't worry. It must be lunch and lunch break. The owners of the office may enjoy their life in the restaurant or downstairs cafe.

8, private talks:

Many private companies visit a lot of offices, and usually do not allow guests to enter the work area.

Moreover, there are strict rules in time. Generally, only such a visit is allowed at rest time, unless it is urgent, and it is also requested to be as brief as possible.

Many people feel that most white-collar workers like to have a meal after work, or find a bar or coffee shop to chat. It seems that they are especially concerned with emotional appeal. In fact, it is largely because they have no chance to chat or exchange feelings with their friends at work time. A white-collar worker mocked himself: "at work, it is like a winding machine part. After work, it is like a toy rabbit full of strings, jumping from this restaurant to that bar, and having to keep moving, or friends will think that he has disappeared."

9, reimbursement:

Most foreign companies, when examining the reimbursement of taxi tickets, are required to list details such as the location and details of the time, and have laid down very detailed regulations on the need for work or the taxi ride after work.

White collar workers are certainly not subject to wind and rain, but many people also have such painful experience: after returning to office, they need to patiently store the taxi tickets accumulated in a few days, and indicate the corresponding starting and ending locations and the reasons for their ride.

If some of them are intentionally or unintentionally blended into personal bills, the consequences are of course self-evident.
