As of August 31st, the total assets of the company amounted to 80 million 490 thousand yuan, and net assets were negative 86 million 958 thousand and 800 yuan. The main business revenue was 33 thousand and 300 yuan, and the total profit was negative 3 million 760 thousand and 800 yuan.
The requirements of GAC include: the pferee should undertake to repay the bank loan of Guangzhou Guang Yue Asset Management Co., Ltd., which has been reimbursing Yuen Long bus through entrusted loan, and 12 million yuan. It also relieves Guangzhou Guang Yue from providing a guarantee of 22 million 450 thousand yuan for the company through full pledge guarantee.
