Since the beginning of this year, the Hunan inspection and Quarantine Bureau has carried out credit rating for export garment manufacturers, implemented classified management in an all-round way, and combined with the export product risk rating. In the inspection and supervision mode, the inspection supervision mode of the original "special inspection + supervision management + pumping batch inspection" has gradually changed to the inspection and supervision mode such as verification and supervision, credit supervision, and so on. Enterprises with better quality and safety control have reduced the frequency of batch inspection, thus shortening the inspection cycle of export garments and reducing the cost of enterprise management.

In this process, enterprises not only solve specific problems, but also comprehensively improve the management level and product quality level, and have obtained ISO9000 quality management certification.

From 2009 to now, the export clothing of the company has not had any quality problems.

Every slight defect affects the reputation of "made in China". The Hunan inspection and Quarantine Bureau always attaches great importance to the quality of export garments with a high sense of responsibility.

At the beginning of this year, when the Hunan inspection and Quarantine Bureau inspected a batch of women's pajamas exported to Algeria, it was found that the products did not meet the relevant mandatory standards in China.

Although there is no inspection requirement for such garments in Algeria, the bureau still resolutely suspends the export of these goods, requiring enterprises to do the rework and export after re examination, ensuring the quality of Algeria's garments exported to China.

At the same time, the Hunan inspection and Quarantine Bureau has also taken the initiative to strengthen communication with local governments, and has set up a quality working mechanism relying on local departments, joint departments, enterprises and products, so as to jointly enhance the quality of textile and clothing products.
