Instructions For Passport And Travel Permit

First, matters needing attention

(1) the applicant must personally go to the embassy and consulate to apply for the relevant passport and travel permit procedures.

4, renewal of private passport

5, private passport renewal

Required materials and supporting documents:

(1) the written report of the passport lost, and the name, date of birth, the original passport number, the issuing authority, the date of issue, and the copy of the original passport will facilitate the application of the passport.

(3) a completed application form for passport, travel permit and Seamen's card?

6. Extension of private passport

Condition: passport is about to expire, but there are still blank pages. It should be processed within 6 months before the expiration of the passport, with a maximum delay of two times per passport.

Required materials and supporting documents:

(2) valid residence permit or other legal identity certificate (original and photocopy);

(3) completed application form for passport, travel permit and Seamen's card extension?

7, private passport annotation

Required materials and supporting documents:

2. Renewal of passport for public service

3, holding ordinary passport passport holders to apply for passport procedures.

(1) since April 1, 2002, the new labor service personnel have changed their own ordinary passports, and the consular post will no longer handle the renewal, replacement and extension of official passport procedures for the labour force from now on.

(2) the service personnel who have held ordinary passports for public use before April 1, 2002 should continue to use their existing passports until the expiry of their term of validity without changing their private passports.

If the term of service contract exceeds the period of validity of the passport, or the need for residence or visa, an ordinary passport may be applied for renewal.

Three, the conditions for bidding for various travel permits and the specific materials and supporting documents required are as follows:
