I. Basic Principles

Two. Employees can not engage in the following activities without authorization or approval from the company's legal representative.

3. Give opinions and information to the news media in the name of the company.


4. Representing the company in public activities


Three, the company prohibits the following cases from part-time work


1. Take part in a part-time job with the company's working time or resources.


2. A part-time job in the company's business related units or business competitors.


3. Part-time jobs constitute commercial competition for the unit.


4, because of part-time jobs affecting the job or damaging the company's image.


Four, the company prohibits individual investment in the following situations


1, participate in business related units or business competitors management


2. Invest in the company's customers or business competitors.


3, provide benefits to investors by taking advantage of their duties.


4. Engage in the above three investment behaviors in the name of immediate family members.


Five, in case of rebate or commission, the employees must be turned over to the company's finance department, otherwise it will be regarded as corruption.


Six, obligation of confidentiality:


1, employees are obliged to keep confidential the company's secrets, and keep confidential documents they hold.


2, employees without authorization or approval shall not provide external confidential documents, technical recipes, processes and other undisclosed business situations, business data, etc.
