In the first 10 months of this year, the clothing enterprises in the province achieved sales revenue of 138 billion 182 million yuan, an increase of 22.61% over the same period, and the annual sales revenue is expected to exceed 160 billion yuan.

The most serious problem is still "recruitment difficulties".

According to the data quoted by the provincial Clothing Industry Association, in 2010, due to the high labor shortage in the national garment industry, the overall operating rate of the coastal areas reached only 70%. Many large enterprises also reduced their operating rate to 80% due to labor shortage and rising labor costs, while increasing the proportion of outsourcing processing, and small and medium-sized enterprises with around 50% of the operating rate were everywhere.

In terms of recruitment difficulties, Shandong is better than other coastal provinces, but the turnover rate of workers is generally around 10%-20%.
