Zhang Tao, vice president of (China) Limited, said: "the Quanzhou municipal Party committee and the municipal government have launched a series of policies to encourage enterprise innovation, which reflects Quanzhou's attention to innovation and economic development. It has pointed out a good direction for the future management innovation and industrial upgrading of Quanzhou private enterprises, and laid a good bridge."

Zhang Tao said that last year, Anta achieved nearly 10 billion yuan, which is mainly benefited from the "light assets" business which is different from other shoe companies. Anta has always maintained its own chain of production throughout the past few years, from the upstream procurement, R & D, design, production to downstream brand marketing, distribution of channels, and related after-sales services, all together by themselves.
For enterprises, this "vertical integration" business mode enables enterprises to maintain a high degree of initiative and sensitivity in asset proportion control, cost control and market changes. At the same time, because of the in-depth understanding of all links, the enterprise's overall control is handy.
