According to the introduction, the new standard and the replacement standard GB 18401 - 2003, the main technical content changes are: the age of infants and young children is changed from 24 months to 36 months; the applicable height of infant textiles is changed from "80cm" and "below" to "100cm and below"; the pH value of B is changed from 4 to 7.5 to 4 to 8.5; the limit value of carcinogenic aromatic amines is increased to less than 20mg/kg; and the "4- azobenzene" is added to the list of carcinogenic aromatic amines, and the "sampling instructions" are added.
