There are four famous brocade in China. Shu Brocade is one of them. Shu Jin flourished in Han Dynasty and flourished in Tang Dynasty. In particular, the classic embroidery techniques of the Shu embroidery are "different colors and two sides embroidery", embroidering embroidery designs with different patterns on the two sides of the nylon yarn, which are as thin as the cicada, and the stitches are hidden. The reporter interviewed Shu embroidery master Meng Dezhi in Chengdu Fang Fang street. She once was an ordinary embroidery worker in Chengdu Shu embroidery factory. In 2006, the Shu embroidery factory was rebuilt and laid off. Meng Dezhi set up the Chengdu dream Yuan Shu embroidery handicraft Co., Ltd. The local government's support for Shu embroidery enabled Meng Dezhi to have his own front face in the cultural street of Chengdu clerical workshop, and set up a Shu Embroidery Research Institute. She trained more than Shu embroidery technicians and students, and employed Street laid-off reemployment personnel.

Reporters learned that currently able to master "heterotypic" Double sided embroidery "Shu embroidery artists are numbered. Meng Dezhi is one of them. With her talent and passion for Shu embroidery, she has become a famous master in Shu embroidery field, and has exhibited many times on behalf of her country to Switzerland, the United States and South Korea. The reporter had the honor to watch Meng Dezhi's production of "nine sons and pandas" in Shu embroidery. She used a thin embroidery needle to embroider different patterns on both sides of the thin nylon yarn (thickness 0.2mm). One is a map of nine children, the other is the national treasure giant panda. The skill of this technique lies in the fact that the positive stitches can not go through the reverse side, while at the same time take care of the integrity of the work. The two patterns are skillfully integrated seamlessly. It is said that "nine sons and pandas" are the most representative works of Meng Dezhi, and have been bought by a couple in Hongkong for 3 years. But Meng Dezhi has been reluctant to transfer. Until the "5. 12" Wenchuan earthquake, the Hongkong couple once again came to Sichuan to consolate the victims, and the moving Meng De Zhi gave them the "nine son Panda" embroidery works.

Shu Brocade was named after its birth in Sichuan, and it was spread to the western countries and neighboring Japan by the silk road. Although Shu Brocade and Shu embroidery belong to silk products, there are still great differences between them. Shu Brocade is woven and belongs to the textile category. It is produced on Longhua looms with warp and weft threads. Products are mainly used for clothing, clothing and other practical materials; Shu embroidery is embroidered by hand stitching, belonging to the arts and crafts category, with dedicated embroidery and embroidery needles, silk thread to complete, the products are mostly decorative arts and crafts.

Shu brocade It has a history of more than 2000 years. It is mainly woven by hand and brocade, and its weaving technology has been rated as a national intangible cultural heritage. In Chengdu, the Shu Brocade embroidery Museum ("Shu Jiang Jin Yuan") is located near the Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The reporter interviewed director Wang of the administrative office of the museum. She said that "Shu Jiang Jin Yuan" is the only professional venue in the country that has a complete set of handicraft brocade production techniques and Shu Brocade culture and history, and opened to the public in 2009. A large Shu brocade weaving workshop is set up, displaying the embroidery works of the past dynasties and the complex products of the Qing Dynasty Hua Lou wood looms. In 2006, Shu brocade weaving technology was named the first batch of intangible cultural heritage by the State Council. Reporters learned that the brocade of the big Hua Lou weaving machine length of 6 meters, 1.5 meters wide, 5 meters high, by pulling the flower workers and weaving hands two people, pulling flower workers sitting on the flower upstairs to enhance the warp line, weaving hand under the machine is responsible for wearing weft line, two people are called "cross stitch". For a single time, you can weave a beautiful brocade with a single weft. Shu brocade products include the shoulders, Qipao, Liriodendron and horse faced skirts, which reflect the appearance of the Ming and Qing Dynasties and the essence of folk embroidery. Modern Shu Brocade is used for costumes and handicrafts. Director Wang said, "Shu Jiang Jin Yuan" belongs to the private joint-stock system, the state does not allocate funds, and the operation directly affects the operation efficiency of the company. At present, most of the tourists visiting and buying Shu brocade products are tourist teams and few customers. Reporters found that there were students and foreign guests in the visitors, but there were very few visitors buying Shu brocade on the spot, mainly due to higher prices.

Shu embroidery and Shu Brocade in China The Chinese people The beautiful treasures of the nation are not many, but the crafts and techniques are lost because of the death of a group of old artists. It is urgent to rescue and inherit Shu brocade, Shu embroidery needles and techniques. Such as embroidery and embroidery, the main needles of Shu embroidery are collected, but there are few artists who are proficient in this method. Shu Brocade's cross stitch is a word of mouth, and lacks the means of recording. It hinders its healthy development to some extent. These problems need to be paid attention to and solved. Otherwise, after a few years, we will never see the authentic silk embroidery products in Sichuan Province.
