The Twin Star is an old state-owned enterprise. It has emerged from a small shoemaking enterprise as an oversize modern enterprise group with shoes, clothing, tires, machinery, thermoelectricity and so on as its pillar industries.
What sustains the development of this "old" enterprise?
At the summer Davos forum in Dalian, Wang Hai, President and chief executive officer of Binxing group, told reporters that corporate culture pushed the two stars to the present day.
Wang Hai said that the corporate culture of the two stars can be summed up as "eight words and three sentences". They are good at seeking virtue and seeking truth from facts. They inherit the traditional excellent ones, absorb advanced foreign elements and create their own modern characteristics.
In the early 80s of last century, double stars put forward the concept of quality and morality, such as "high quality products, high quality products, equal products" and so on.
Wang Hai said that combining our traditional culture and moral concepts with the products produced in real time, we should unify the thought of workers and workers to "do every product well". The employees will keep the products of poor quality and store them in the inspection area, and the quality of the products will be improved obviously.
Today, the double star group has exported 160 thousand pairs of shoes and 480 thousand pairs of domestic high-end shoes.
In the 80s of last century, due to the rapid changes of the times and the rapid improvement of people's living standard, the double star brand release shoes, which had been planned according to plan, remained unchanged for 30 years, and about 2000000 pairs were overloaded.
In order to tide over the difficulties, the double star put forward the idea of "if the spirit does not slide, the method is always more difficult than many" and so on. In the absence of a penny bonus, this idea inspired the employees of the two stars, and they produced the first pair of high-end double star sports shoes by virtue of a fighting spirit.
Wang Hai believes that if an enterprise wants to sustain its rapid development, it can not be short of absorbing advanced culture.
Based on this understanding, the double star absorbs the strict system, strict standards, procedures and performance (skills) assessment of developed countries, and combines with the practice of binaries, creatively puts forward a new management method -- "double star 99 management law".
In the new cultural atmosphere, double star has created a new management mode of "responsibility, right and profit" under the market economy, which has promoted the sustainable development of enterprises.
According to the introduction, under the background of the combination of responsibility and right, the enthusiasm of the front-line staff was mobilized; the annual cost of the tire company dropped by 56 million yuan; the machinery company turned from loss into profit, becoming the largest casting industry group in China; the footwear industry occupied 30 million yuan.
Today, double star factories are all over the country. Double stars create a complete set of cultural concepts according to the industry and regional characteristics. There are nine series and more than 3000 articles.
Recently, the double star announced that it spent 310 million yuan to acquire some assets of Hubei Dongfeng Tire Factory.
Dongfeng Tire was the fourth largest tire factory in China, and it worked with foreign partners for 10 years.
2 years ago, the Qingdao double star hosted the enterprise. They invested money and rebuilt the old enterprise with the culture of double stars. In just two years, the production and operation of Dongfeng Tire reached the highest level in history.
Looking back at the development process of binaries, Wang Hai said that the market is the root of enterprises, management is the foundation of enterprises, and culture is the soul of enterprises.
