The reporter has learned that in recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard and the continuous development of fiber research and production technology, the application ratio and application range of functional fiber products, such as moisture absorption, sweat, fire resistance, antistatic and intelligent temperature regulation, have increased year by year in the home textile industry. Unfortunately, there is little mutual understanding between functional fiber manufacturers and home textile enterprises. Many functional fibers imported from home textile enterprises are imported from abroad. However, due to the difficulty in finding effective ways to get the understanding and recognition of downstream enterprises, the functional new products developed by fiber enterprises can only turn to foreign markets in large quantities. The disjointed industrial chain has directly caused the embarrassing situation of the upstream and downstream.

According to Duan Xiaoping, President of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, this conference has been planned for a long time, pouring into the efforts of two industry associations and related enterprises. He hoped that the joint meetings organized by the industry chain will be held at least 1 times a year, and the mode of innovative meetings and expanding the scope of docking will enable more chemical fiber and home textile enterprises to benefit from it. Yang Zhaohua, President of China Textile Industry Association, regrets that through docking, we found that in recent years, many domestic research and development breakthroughs in functional fibers have been made, and a large number of new products have appeared. Many home textile enterprises believe that only fibers produced abroad can be produced and bought in China. He hoped that fiber enterprises and home textile enterprises could "take a step toward the middle" and jointly overcome the problem of too long industrial chains and too far apart from home textile products.
