Yunnan'S First Garment Industrial Park Is Expected To Go Into Operation This Year.

Yunnan's first garment industry industrial park, the new Kunming dzhan International Garment Industrial Park, has completed 20 capping works of 17.32 square meters of standard factory buildings. It is expected to be completed by the end of this year or early next year.

The new Kunming dzhan International Garment Industrial Park, located in the Jinning Oolong light industrial base, covers an area of 204 mu, a net land of 175 mu, a construction area of 310 thousand square meters, and a standard factory building of 220 thousand square meters, with a total investment of 583 million yuan.

According to the person in charge of Kunming dzhan international garment Investment Co., Ltd., the garment industrial park is the only comprehensive park in Yunnan which integrates clothing processing, display, creativity, warehousing and sales. Only the standard factory buildings have been planned and constructed in 8 different areas and different Huxing, so as to fully realize the multifunction and versatile use of the plant.

In addition, the park has also built residential apartments, leisure gardens, hospitals, schools, kindergartens and shopping malls.

According to the person in charge, the park has invested 280 million yuan to complete the construction of 20 buildings with 17.32 square meters of ceiling.

It is expected to be completed and put into operation at the end of this year or early next year.
