It has focused on monitoring and helping the enterprises with obvious decrease in operating income and higher tax risk, strengthened information collection, improved the risk identification models and indicators of the textile industry, set up the four level industry operation risk level, implemented dynamic monitoring, and issued timely risk warning.


In addition, the Changshu Local Taxation Bureau has also constantly improved the support mechanism to provide close service for enterprises of scale and above in the textile and garment industry. The local tax cadres have carried out the activities of "entering hundreds of households and visiting thousands of households", and organized the "chief service team" to enter into the investigation of key enterprises and difficult enterprises, and set up a "household type" file for key enterprises and enterprises in distress, so as to help the poor work to be institutionalized and long-term; to carry out the activities of "hundreds of tax officials entering thousands of enterprises, and to serve the economy and promote development"; the overall situation is that each staff member serves 10 families in pairs.
