Therefore, the meeting proposed that in order to protect the ecological environment, promote the rational use of energy, control pollution, protect human health, and promote the sustainable development and industrial upgrading of the textile industry, it is necessary to revise and improve the current Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution and other relevant laws and regulations, At the same time, formulate new textile industrial pollutants emission standard


It is understood that the newly revised Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry has increased the total phosphorus, total nitrogen, adsorbable organic halogen and other pollutant control items, and improved the pollutant emission control requirements. The newly formulated Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Silk Reeling Industry, Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Wool Spinning Industry and Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Hemp Spinning Industry have determined the discharge limits, monitoring and monitoring requirements of water pollutants in the production process of silk reeling, wool spinning and linen spinning enterprises, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards.


The meeting decided that the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the AQSIQ would jointly issue and implement the above standards after further modification.
