The Indian clothing export promotion association has also signed a separate memorandum of understanding with the Israel Export and international cooperation agency. Sachsville, chairman of the clothing Export Promotion Association of India, expressed his hope that there would be a major leap in the volume of trade between the two countries.

Indian organic spinning Textile Certificate standard system will be implemented soon

Indian agricultural and processed food export development agency (APEDA) announced that India's organic textile export products will soon implement the certification standard system.

India's national organic textile standards (nots) have recently been included in the national organic products program (NPOP), and the Ministry of Commerce of India has also included NPOP as one of the national foreign trade policies. The standard was formally implemented on July 27, 2012. As a result, Delhi, the capital of India, hereby held an organic textile fashion exhibition.

India's move is to comply with the long-standing global organic textile standards (gots) requirements, and vigorously carry out the national private organic textile manufacturers' not standard publicity. It is the first time for India to raise the organic textile standard to the national level.

The NPOP standard issued by Indian government has been recognized by EU, Switzerland and the United States. These regions and countries believe that India's organic textile standards are consistent with their national designated standards, and have been fully evaluated by international standards bodies. As a result, India is also striving for recognition from Japan and Canada.

In the past five years, the growth rate of organic products in India has increased by 30%. Especially in the 2011-2012 fiscal year, the growth rate of organic products exceeded 167%, and the growth rate of organic food, cotton and textiles alone reached 111.63%. In order to open up the export channel, the Indian government has to make great efforts to introduce organic spin Material standard certificate.
