Lin ya, vice president of Beijing Electronic Commerce Association, told the Beijing Commercial Daily that Beijing, as a large consumer city, has a better management form and convenient service. At present, Beijing has more than 100 e-commerce enterprises to join consumer disputes quickly solve the green channel, directly accept consumer complaints. Some well-known e-commerce enterprises also take the initiative to innovate the service mode and standardize the network marketing. At the Beijing business meeting in 2013, Lu Yan, director of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce, said that this year Beijing will introduce opinions on promoting the healthy development of e-commerce, improve the supporting environment for the development of e-commerce, strive to achieve online retail sales of 70 billion yuan, and account for 8% of the total retail sales of consumer goods. It should be said that the first quarter has made a good start for the development of online retailing throughout the year.
Beijing has proposed that in 12th Five-Year, the proportion of e-commerce retail sales in the city will reach 8% of the total retail sales of social consumer goods in Beijing.
