At that time there were more than 10 Western-style clothes shops opened by Ningbo people in the street, 3 of which were most famous, which were created by Chen Ashun, Gu Sheng Cai and Zhang Shaoqing.

Around 1930, Zhang Shaoqing came to Harbin to open a Western-style clothes shop in Jingyang street.

Zhang Shuying, P, aged 95, was born in Vladivostok. Her father, Zhang Yuqing (born in 1889, Yin county), was 13 years old to Vladivostok. He returned to Shanghai in the late 1920s. He returned to Harbin after a year and a half, and opened Li Tai clothes shop 31 outside nine Street.

Zhang Shuying's husband, Mao Xingmiao, who is a tailor in the Western clothing shop in Xikou, Fenghua, is a tailor in a Western-style clothes shop opened by his father. Because of his excellent technique and the importance of his father, he married his daughter to him.

In those days, Qiu Lin garment factory was well known throughout the country. It was called "Harbin's" Luo Meng.
