Bailian announced yesterday evening that the company's holding subsidiary, Lianhua Supermarket Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Lianhua Supermarket) intends to sell 898 million yuan acquiring company's controlling shareholder Bailian Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bailian Group) Yiwu city life supermarket Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Yiwu city life") 100% of the rights and interests.

The share purchase price will be paid by Lianhua supermarket at a HK $3.97 share (equivalent to about 3.16 yuan) to the Bailian Group's private placement of 284177300 domestic stocks.

The acquisition of Yiwu urban life is a large supermarket which integrates supermarkets, boutique, catering, leisure and entertainment, and is wholly owned by the seller Bailian Group.

Its core asset is a large comprehensive commercial real estate located at 168 Wang Road, Yiwu. The land use right area is 19151.66 square meters, and the ground building area is 7978.26 square meters.

After the completion of Bailian Group's planned sale property, it will be leased to Hangzhou Lianhua China Merchants Group Co., Ltd. and pferred to Hangzhou Lianhua at the right time to further consolidate and strengthen it.
