Experts believe that the technology and equipment can promote the printing and dyeing industry digitalization, greening, intelligent process, economic and social benefits are significant, and has great value for industry promotion.

Speaking of textile printing and dyeing enterprises, people's impressions are mostly busy workers, roaring machines and pungent chemical stains.

In the large workshop of Kangping, only a few workers walked around to see the running data of the equipment. The room was clean and tidy, there was no sewage on the ground, there was no smell in the air, and the sound of the equipment was much smaller.

The traditional printing and dyeing industry has low efficiency in labor intensive production, and the process, logistics and equipment control depend entirely on labor.

The quality stability is poor, the first pass rate is only about 80% in China, and the energy consumption is high, and the wastewater discharge is large. The dyeing process of the warp yarn needs to be heated and pressurized. The rinsing treatment before and after dyeing is 8 to 12 times, the average water consumption of the ton yarn is 110 tons, the steam is 7.7 tons, and the sewage is discharged 109 tons.

All these three problems have seriously restricted the sustainable development of the printing and dyeing industry.

To solve these problems, the automatic dyeing of cheese has always been the goal pursued by printing and dyeing enterprises both at home and abroad. After years of efforts, Germany and Italy have only developed a local automatic horizontal dyeing production system.

After 6 years of technical research, Kangping Nash invested 130 million yuan, and finally innovatively developed the digital automatic dyeing process, automatic production process automation equipment and automatic control technology in the whole production process. It realized the automatic production of cheese dyeing from the original yarn to the finished product for the first time, and obtained 32 independent intellectual property rights.

It is introduced that the digital automatic dyeing process and equipment of the cheese yarn can realize cotton yarn.

And more than 10 kinds of cheese dyeing such as cotton and hemp yarn, the color difference and the cylinder difference increased from the original 4 to 4.5 grade, the dyeing 1 times success rate increased from original 80% to more than 96%; the equipment efficiency increased 10% to 15%, the tonnage yarn saved 27.8 tons, the electricity saving 250 kwh, the solar terms 1.7 tons, the emission reduction was 250 tons.

Reporters learned that this set of automation equipment has now been equipped to more than 30 large and medium-sized textile enterprises.

Relying on this technology, the reformed yarn dyed digital workshop has been included in the 2013 national intelligent manufacturing equipment special project. It has become a major demonstration project and benchmark project for the pformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and has accelerated the popularization and application of the automatic cheese dyeing line in the whole industry.
