"Target price reform, subsidies and liquidation funds are allocated all over the country," the article points out that the second batch of subsidy funds has been issued in February 6th, which coincide with the news that the second batch of subsidies that journalists learned in February 15th before the Spring Festival.

The total amount was $5 billion 964 million, plus the first subsidy amount of 8 billion yuan. The total target price subsidy in Xinjiang in 2015/16 was 13 billion 964 million yuan.

The second batch of land cotton sale allowance is 0.79 yuan / kg, plus the first subsidy of 1.2 yuan / kg, the total amount of subsidy is 1.99 yuan / kg, the special cotton sale volume is 2.58 yuan / kg, and the basic peasant household area in four southern prefectures is 141.75 yuan / mu.

The subsidy will be paid in full before March 20, 2016.
