The steady and steady growth of exports is crucial to China's foreign exchange reserves, balance of payments, stability of RMB exchange rate, social employment and sustainable development of textile industry.

Statistics show that China's textile and apparel exports last year were US $283 billion 780 million, down 4.9% from the same period last year.

Under the current situation of textile and clothing trade, what support policies do enterprises hope to release?

Zhang Mengfei, business manager of Jiangsu textile import and Export Group Bao de Garments Co., Ltd., said that at present, the state has made great efforts to support the relevant high-tech industries, and the development of local high-tech industrial parks has also shown a good momentum.

Textile and clothing is China's traditional dominant industries, but the policy tilt makes textile and garment export enterprises gradually feel some "cold shoulder".

Zhang Mengfei also pointed out that enterprises need to find a balance between labor costs, environmental costs and output value.

It is hoped that the state can integrate the high-quality resources in the textile and garment industry to form a resultant force and move towards the high-end market.

Wang Yang, vice premier of the State Council, attended the national teleconference of foreign trade in April 21st. He stressed that he supported enterprises in developing brand and marketing network, encouraged the development of new formats such as cross-border e-commerce, and promoted the quality and efficiency of foreign trade.
