From Semir's point of view, in the past, the development of China's garment industry was the mode of channel as king. At that time, the channel was valuable and limited. At present, with the rapid development of the real estate industry and the Internet, competition among channels has taken place. Each channel will find and combine competitive and capable brands to form its own characteristic competitiveness. Therefore, enterprises with superior product capability are more likely to obtain channel resources.
Increase in inventory of company statements
According to Mr. Zheng Hongwei, inventories on the company's statements have increased. First, because of the expansion of the company's business scale, the stock will increase correspondingly. Two, because of the development of the Internet business, the business of the electric business as a direct business is bound to increase some stock. The three is the increase in some new brands and businesses of the company. For example, the operation of the company's clothing brand Minette, the children's wear brand Marca, the Korean dress brand it Michaa and the German casual wear brand Marc O Polo will also affect the inventory.

The boundaries of clothing consumption market are hard to divide.
It is reported that Semir will divide the Chinese consumer market into 1234 line cities, and the proportion of the shops in the two or three tier cities is relatively high.
In addition, Zheng Hongwei introduced that China's clothing consumption market can be divided into the international consumption ability market based on one and second tier cities and the developing local market consisting of some two or three or four line cities.
However, some counties in the first tier cities are almost the same as the two or three tier cities in terms of consumption and fashion, so it is difficult to divide the consumption market of these cities.
In addition, Zheng Hongwei said that the annual sales of Semir's electricity supplier doubled, and the sales of network terminals exceeded 1 billion 700 million yuan in 2015. Compared with those of retail sales, department stores had a much smaller impact on channel sales.
Semir believes that the development of e-commerce business space larger, the future will continue to maintain high-speed growth.
