Lang Weiya, deputy general manager of Shanghai branch of CITIC Bank, told reporters that loans were not only widened by the way of trademark pledge, but also the loan interest rate of banks was relatively low. The reporter understands that at present, the receiving points are sorting out similar agricultural products enterprises, promoting more than 130 new agricultural business entities who have registered in Shanghai and won the title of "Shanghai famous trademark" or "Shanghai famous brand products" and docking with financial institutions, and try to pledge financing through the exclusive right of trademark, so as to solve the problem of capital chain that is facing the rapid development of enterprises.

The next step will be the registration of trademarks. In fact, the registration of the right to exclusive use of registered trademarks should be established.

It is only a "front meal" for the business sector to further promote the reform of the commercial system and facilitate the reform of trademark registration.

Reporters learned from the Shanghai industry and Commerce Bureau that from September onwards, the SAIC will start the implementation of the application for acceptance of trademark registration, add two sub centers of Shanghai and Guangzhou, and set up the Shanghai sub center of the national trademark inspection cooperation center next January.

This means that the application for trademark registration in this city and surrounding provinces and cities will be submitted directly to Shanghai without going to Beijing or acting by trademark agency.

Data show that as of the second quarter of this year, the total number of registered trademarks in Shanghai is up to 610 thousand, and more trademarks are being reviewed on the way, reflecting the Shanghai enterprises.
