Recently, the global market leader in textile digital printing, Kang Li digital (Kornit Digital, NASDAQ: KRNT), announced the launch of Kornit Atlas.

With the success of Kornit Storm HD6 and Avalanche HD6/ HDK, Atlas will become the company's first new generation of ready to wear direct injection platform, providing unique technology for apparel accessories and screen printer to help them grasp the challenge of the current and future supply chain of textile industry.

According to the introduction, Kornit Atlas is an industrial intensive equipment designed for those super industrial clothing accessories enterprises.

The system is designed to provide annual production capacity of up to 350000 images per year, and optimize production efficiency and total cost of ownership for enterprises.

The goal of Kornit Atlas is those companies eager to combine the most advanced technology with the lowest total cost of ownership, including high production clothing accessories, large and medium sized screen printing companies and innovative enterprises.

The system has adopted a new circulation printing nozzle and equipped with the newly developed NeoPigmentTM Eco-Rapid ink.

Kornit Atlas has enhanced version of Kornit high-definition digital printing technology, supplemented by professional RIP (raster image processing) software solutions, and produces fabrics that meet the highest retail quality and durability standards.

The Kang Li digital project launched cloud business intelligence, productivity analysis and software optimization platform in late 2019. The new Atlas is ready for the launch of these platforms.

It will make it easier to support future network connections to support large workshop management and even optimize global printing systems and multi site businesses.

Omer Kulka, vice president of digital marketing and product strategy of Kang Li, said: "Atlas adopts modular design and design for future ready form, enabling users to quickly and easily realize new development in the future."

The new NeoPigmentTM Eco-Rapid ink is the core component of Atlas high quality retail printing.

It provides industry-leading white ink, and its coverage capacity is comparable to traditional screen ink and meets the highest durability standards of various fabric types.

Its increased color gamut and saturation allow deep hue and exact color matching.

The development of new ink has taken into account sustainability, obtaining Oeko-Tex Eco-Passport certification, and global organic textile certification GOTS pre approval.

It is understood that the Atlas system conducted a large number of acceptance tests (beta testing) before publication, and received positive feedback from early adopters.

Deborah H. Merrill, President of Delta Group, the parent company of DTG2Go, said: "many innovative capabilities of Kornit Atlas, including wrinkle detection and panel ergonomics, have obvious production benefits.

The new Eco-Rapid ink has an amazing brightness and color gamut, which is consistent with all washing test standards and does not contain any noticeable odors.

Jon Atlas, co-founder and director of T Shirt & Sons, added: "Kornit Atlas uses the new Eco-Rapid ink set, which makes our output doubled and provides high quality printing and the reliability needed to cope with the peak season."

It is worth mentioning that the system will be demonstrated in from January 18 to 20, 2019 at the Kang Li booth (#2239), which is exhibited at ISS Long Beach in the United States. It will also be exhibited on Fespa Munich from 14 to 17 May 2019 and ITMA Barcelona in from June 20 to 26, 2019.

In addition, Kang Li plans to hold an open day event at the Kornit experience demonstration center around the world in April for equipment demonstration.
