Hongqi Chain And Yonghui Supermarket'S Qinghe Business Renew Cooperation Agreement
Chengdu Hongqi chain Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "red flag chain") issued a notice that the company agreed to renew the cooperation agreement with the associated side Yonghui Qinghe commercial factoring (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qinghe business), which is valid for one year and the total amount of the contract is not more than 10 million yuan.
According to the agreement, Hongqi chain and Qinghe business will recommend the company's quality suppliers to Qinghe business under the principle of meeting the agreement and requirements.
Qinghe business, in accordance with the actual situation, gives the supplier professional financial services support to help the company optimize its supply chain system and share the benefits of cooperation.
The bulletin shows that Qinghe business was established in March 2016, using advanced mobile computing, financial search engine, AI technology, machine deep learning and real-time quantitative trading model to provide innovative, convenient and inclusive services for SMEs and individuals in the new retail circulation industry.
Qinghui business department Yonghui supermarket Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Yonghui supermarket") wholly owned subsidiary, Yonghui supermarket is more than 5% of the red flag chain, so this paction constitutes a related paction, the related paction need not be submitted to the shareholders' general meeting for consideration.
It is understood that Hongqi chain and Yonghui supermarket have many cooperation in supply chain.
At the end of 2017, Yonghui supermarket was invested in the red flag chain. Shortly afterwards, the two sides began to cooperate in the business from the introduction of fresh supply chain and the pformation of red flag chain stores.
In May 17, 2018, the red flag chain signed a cooperation agreement with Qinghe business. Qinghe business will help the red flag chain supply chain system optimization and share the benefits of cooperation.
