It can be seen from ITMA ASIA+CITME 2018 that exhibitors have greatly improved in automation and intellectualization. For example, the sizing machine exhibited at the 2018 textile machinery exhibition has greatly applied the Internet technology, cloud technology and information processing technology to enhance the intelligence level of the equipment. In addition to exhibiting automatic machines, Japan's Tianjin Tian Ju company has also made three-dimensional animation simulation for the weaving workshop of the sizing and weaving processes.


For example, the automatic wear through equipment, which has attracted much attention, has not only applied a lot of non-contact optical inspection technology, but also has met the requirements of complex technology such as yarn dyed yarn management and wear through warp knitting. At the same time, it has also improved the man-machine interface and management software, providing a good equipment foundation for the modern production and management of the weaving workshop.


Intellectualization is changing traditional production


In fact, intelligent technology is transforming the traditional textile industry, and some enterprises have begun to try the intellectualization of some manufacturing links.


Although some enterprises do not have large-scale replacement or new equipment with higher automation level, the upgrading of equipment through key links has significantly improved product quality and production efficiency.


The advance and thinking of intelligent manufacturing


To a certain extent, the intellectualization of equipment has solved the problem of insufficient employment and improved the competitiveness of China's textile industry. But in the process of developing intellectualization, there are still some problems. It is worth thinking and discussing in the industry.


On the one hand, many entrepreneurs believe that the replacement of simple machines in the textile industry is not intelligent manufacturing. In real sense, intelligent manufacturing is based on accurate calculation and judgment of big data instead of human brain decision making. Whether investment like machine replacement is worthwhile for textile industry is questionable. The cost of machine investment, maintenance, upgrading and so on is not low. Whether textile enterprises can digest such an expensive investment is also a problem that can not be ignored.


On the other hand, as a labor-intensive industry, intellectualization can stimulate local investment and promote industrial upgrading. On the other hand, it means that a large number of workers may lose their jobs. How to solve the contradiction between them is worth further exploring.


In terms of intelligence, at present, the guidance of the government includes four points: establishing a demonstration area; improving the standards of intelligent manufacturing; promoting the alliance of intelligent manufacturing suppliers; developing Internet +, big data and artificial intelligence.


The intellectualization of textile industry has made some gratifying achievements. In the 2017~2019 level of the Ministry of industry and information technology, a total of 12 projects were included in the pilot project of intelligent manufacturing. In the 2018~2019 years, a total of 6 projects were included in the comprehensive standardization project of intelligent manufacturing; 10 projects were included in the new project of intelligent manufacturing.


The six intelligent production demonstration lines of spinning, chemical fiber, printing and dyeing, nonwovens, knitting and garments proposed by the textile machinery industry have already taken shape and laid a solid foundation for the final realization of the end of 13th Five-Year.
