Official Standard Of Group Standard Of "Plant Modified Functional Cotton Fiber"

The cotton textile industry association of China, based on the "Chinese cotton textile industry association standard management rules", has been studying and setting up the plant modified functional cotton fiber standard.

In view of the fact that there is no uniform technical standard for such products in the domestic and the industry, the promotion of such products is facing a series of problems. Therefore, the formulation of the group standard of the association of plant modified functional cotton fibers can better guide product production, standardize market sales, protect the interests of both sides of the trade, promote the development and upgrading of differentiated fibers, and enhance enterprise competition. It is of great significance to push forward the development of functional cotton fiber industry in China.

It is reported that the standard led the drafting unit is Qingdao bond Ecological Textile Technology Co., Ltd., the main drafting units are Lu Tai textile Limited by Share Ltd, Jiangsu Yueda cotton spinning Co., Ltd. and Dongguan de Yongjia Textile Garment Co., Ltd. In the near future, the member units will compile the standard draft and prepare instructions according to the standards.
