"Fuehrer Cup" Weft Knitting Competition Of Shandong Textile And Garment Industry Ends

On October 30, the 2020 "Fuehrer Cup" vocational skills competition and national selection competition for weft knitting workers in Shandong textile and garment industry came to a successful conclusion in the industrial park of Fuehrer group. In the two-day competition, 30 weft knitting elites from more than 10 enterprises, including Weiqiao group, Jifa group, XueDa group, sangsha Garment Group, fueheng group and their professional companies, competed fiercely in the professional field. Wang Feng from Jinan head Knitting Co., Ltd., Wan Weiming from Qingdao Yihe Knitting Co., Ltd., and Yu Changsheng from Qingdao Jifa Group Co., Ltd. won the top three individual winning awards.

The opening ceremony of the competition was held at 8:30 a.m. on October 29. The theoretical examination was conducted first, and then the practical operation was carried out to test the comprehensive quality of the players. There are five items of practical operation, which are threading and covering cloth (rib), changing wrong needle (rib), arranging needle (single side), finding wrong yarn (rib) and threading (single side). Among them, the theoretical and practical results accounted for 30% and 70% respectively. In the competition, competitors from various enterprises have the courage to challenge themselves and climb the technical peak, showing a good mental outlook and competitive state.
