They don't need a teacher's qualification certificate, a famous university, and a struggle in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. They can get such a decent income, which makes Jiang Zhaoyang and his students feel that they have gone through the village without this shop.
The "double reduction policy" seems to make the future uncertain, but training schools are still attractive enough for newcomers who are about to enter the industry, because the actual income of teachers is rising instead of falling.
Unexpected variables in employment
Chang Xing, a graduate of Hebei University of technology this year, originally planned to return to his hometown as a high school teacher, but he was moved by the salary offered by XRS campus recruitment. After several rounds of training, she finally got the employment notice in the middle of May. Because Shijiazhuang XRS Peiyou refused to sign the tripartite agreement, coupled with the constraints of graduation thesis and other matters, Chang Xing gave up the entry procedures in June and chose the next wave, that is, October.

On July 24, the "double reduction policy" was issued, requiring that the training end time of off campus training institutions should not be later than 20:30, and discipline training should not be carried out on statutory holidays, rest days, winter and summer holidays.
Jiang Zhaoyang believes that once the policy was adopted, the teaching and training industry has been greatly frustrated, but as far as this educational institution is concerned, it is still "breathless".
In fact, as early as August 2018, "opinions of the general office of the State Council on regulating the development of off campus training institutions" stipulated that the training end time should be no later than 20:30, and no homework should be left. After that, Shijiazhuang XRS Pei excellent offline institutions have made corresponding adjustments.
Shijiazhuang Xueersi Peiyou primary school is divided into small low and small high: the small low includes kindergarten to the second grade of primary school, and the small high refers to the third grade to the sixth grade of primary school. Xiaogao only starts classes on weekends, while Xiaogao also offers afternoon to evening courses from Monday to Friday, due to the early school hours and the lack of classroom learning content.
Jiang Zhaoyang told the 21st century economic report that he was responsible for the teaching of mathematics courses for junior high school students. Originally, the weekend courses could accommodate six hours. With the implementation of the policy, the weekend courses of Xiaogao would be moved to Monday to Friday, and only one class hour could be accommodated every day, which was shortened to five class hours. However, Xiaoxiao had to face the situation that the weekend courses were cut down, In the future, the whole business of winter and summer vacation will also die.
Such a big thing as the "double reduction policy" has had a different impact on the normal and Huanghua companies who have been employed or have not.
At first, Chang Xing didn't see any reaction from Shijiazhuang XRS Peiyou. The company didn't give any reassurance and didn't send a letter of separation. Whether or not he can enter the job smoothly is a big question mark in his mind.
As the summer vacation is the peak of the curriculum, the teachers are too busy to attend to Huanghua, and the excellent intensive training has become a free range. Huanghua simply went back to his hometown in Shanxi.
Huang Hua told the 21st century economic reporter that after the "double reduction policy" came out, the organization was also adjusting its mentality and strategy. The person in charge of the grade communicated with several new comers and made clear the difficulties encountered in the education industry. Since there is no teacher qualification certificate, it may be arranged to be a tutor first and then transfer to a teaching teacher in the future.
Here, several times waiting for no result. Chang asked the person in charge of Shijiazhuang XRS Peiyou, and got the reply that he could only be employed with a teacher's qualification certificate. He was recommended to look for other jobs.
In June, there was no teacher qualification certificate, and the new students who got the employment notice did not have it. However, even if the teacher qualification certificate was tested this year, it would not be available until April next year. Before that, there was no way to take classes. Suddenly, a barbed wire fence was pulled up in front of the Buddha imitation.
In the end, the five people who were preparing to join Shijiazhuang XRS Peiyou in October, either for civil servants or for education, all gave up their jobs.
Teachers who are still optimistic
Although he doesn't know how much money he can get from becoming a tutor, Huang Hua knows that there will be a period of time when he will not be involved in "decency". Shijiazhuang XRS Peiyou 13 campuses, only south garden campus is to do double teacher mode teaching: more excellent online teachers cooperate with the offline teachers in Shijiazhuang for offline teaching.
In addition, Huanghua doesn't know where tutors are needed in the company's business, and he is not the only one who has no teacher's qualification certificate. He judges that in the short term, there will be more monks than there are less candidates. Moreover, the tutor is more like a teaching assistant. The level of class fee is far less than that of taking lessons in person. It seems that the hard time in the future has been prolonged a lot.
But Huang Hua is not ready to withdraw. He told the 21st century economic report that after the adjustment, old teachers with classes were hardly affected. Because the class fee rule was changed to be calculated according to the number of students, the income of old teachers who could attend classes increased instead of falling. This is also the reason why Huanghua chose not to leave.
In the normal view, Shijiazhuang's educational institutions such as XRS, New Oriental and sunshine education are limited to compete in a smaller scope. Calculating the income according to the number of students is the company's attempt to encourage the teachers to raise the renewal rate of the course, increase the class capacity as much as possible to offset the loss of class hours, and reduce the loss of business volume caused by peer competition.
Although as early as March, Shijiazhuang has fully launched after-school services, and there are no special circumstances, the end time should not be earlier than 6 p.m., but Jiang Zhaoyang said that this did not have an impact on the company's business, and the development of the course was also very optimistic. Before that, educational institutions could not advertise, and it became much more difficult for parents to obtain information about remedial courses. However, as long as they heard the news, a large number of parents would still come to make-up classes.
On the one hand, there are various policies, on the other hand, education anxiety constantly drives parents to send their children to make up lessons.
What about the regulations that do not allow educational institutions to assign homework after class? Jiang Zhaoyang told the 21st century economic report that no one has assigned or collected homework, but students still consciously hand in the after-school questions from the last class before class. This double reduction policy cuts off most of the business scope of the off campus training institutions, but the parents are still enthusiastic about making up lessons. Under the strong demand, the off campus training institutions will get more support for business adjustment. In the short term, Shijiazhuang XRS Peiyou is still strong.
Facing the upcoming autumn course, Jiang Zhaoyang also said that the "double reduction policy" has little impact at present, but it is hard to say in the future.
