China'S 13Th Five Year Plan Scientific And Technological Innovation Exhibition Will Open

Beijing, October 20 (Xinhua) China's space station model, Mars rover, quantum computing prototype of "Jiuzhang" and "fighter" deep sea manned submersible... These major scientific and technological achievements will be highlighted in the national "13th five year plan" scientific and technological innovation achievements exhibition to be held in Beijing on 21.

The reporter learned from the Ministry of science and technology on the 20th that the theme of the exhibition is "innovation driven development towards a powerful science and technology country", focusing on the major achievements made by China in implementing the innovation driven development strategy and building an innovative country. The site is divided into 12 exhibition areas, including Centennial review, basic research, high-tech, major special projects, agricultural science and technology, social development, regional innovation, open cooperation, science and technology, etc.

There are not only a number of high-end scientific devices such as chang'e-5, spallation neutron source and "Huiyan" satellite, but also some landmark scientific and technological achievements, such as the 600 km / h high-speed maglev train, the rice breeding accelerator of unmanned plant factory, etc.

The total area of the exhibition is more than 20000 square meters, with more than 1700 exhibition items, more than 1300 physical objects, more than 270 models, and more than 930 display panels, covering physical objects, sand tables and models, and adopting interactive display methods such as virtual reality and holographic images.

The exhibition is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of science and technology, the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of finance, the equipment development department of the Military Commission, the science and Technology Commission of the Military Commission, and the Beijing Municipal People's government. It will be held in the Beijing exhibition hall from October 21 to 27. The public can make an appointment to visit it.
