It has a complete industrial chain from product development, production to terminal sales. In recent years, the fiber quality monitoring center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, based on the advantages of plush resources and the current situation of industrial development, has actively played the advantages of inspection and detection, and constantly improved the level of technical ability. In the future, it will promote the industrial transformation by institutional innovation, and promote the transformation of the whole industrial chain of cashmere fiber from the promotion of notarization inspection system, the implementation of dynamic monitoring of cashmere fiber fineness and standardized breeding, We will promote structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading of the plush industry.

   Liu Jiaqiang said that since the start of the wool fiber comparison test on April 9 this year, 41 testing institutions and enterprise laboratories across the country have actively participated in the test. After nearly half a year's work, the working group has successfully completed the summary and analysis of the test results. At the end of September, the "analysis report on the comparison test of wool fiber content, length without wool and crude content in 2021" has been released. Since the event was held in 2016, a total of 216 institutions and enterprises have participated in the event, and 600 people have participated in the training and exchange. Over the years, China Wool Textile Industry Association has been practicing the tenet of enterprise service and industry service.    In the technical exchange, seven industry experts were invited to introduce the experience of microscopic identification of cashmere fiber, the identification scheme of cashmere fiber cutting-edge technology, cashmere testing equipment and standards, etc., and representatives at the meeting expressed their great benefits.

   With the development of AI technology, many people wonder whether it is possible to realize automatic microscopic content test? For this problem, LV Xin, manager of software R & D Department of Beijing Hezhong Vision Technology Co., Ltd., thinks that the prospect of automatic microscopy technology is very optimistic, but there are still many problems in the implementation of specific practice scenarios. Therefore, a new Cu system based on digital twin is proposed. The detection of the system is not based on objective parameters, but a set of detection methods based on the subjective cognition of human beings. Its essence is a detection item with the core of human detection, that is, the detection results are determined by human with the aid of instruments. It has highly automated auxiliary detection ability, editing ability for the whole test process, and professional service ability around microscopic inspection project. It can reduce production cost, reduce manpower investment and be used for urgent test.

The method is identified by experts through optical microscope, and the test results depend on the experience and subjective judgment of experts, which is easy to reduce the reliability of the results.    Tang Wenyang, a doctoral student in the Technical Research Institute of Wuhan Textile University, introduced the identification of wool and cashmere fiber by medulla cavitation method. This method is simple to operate, and it can be detected by setting program without human supervision. Moreover, it only needs small scale SEM detection, which does not require high requirements for the testing personnel; The cost is low, the tube furnace equipment is economical and durable, and the accuracy requirement of SEM equipment is not high, which can save the test cost; Fast and efficient, one tube furnace can heat treat multiple samples at the same time; It can be used to identify a variety of animal fibers, such as cashmere / sheep hair, yak hair / yak hair, and other animal fibers. It can also be used to qualitatively determine the maturity and quality of wool fibers.

   Zheng Tianjian, national first-class fiber inspector of Xinjiang Tiantong Xingye agriculture and animal husbandry science and Technology Co., Ltd., introduced an all-weather portable fluff fiber detector, which can be used for rapid detection of fineness, length, cashmere yield, short fiber rate and comfort, and has several subversive technologies. If the constant temperature and humidity chamber is not needed, it can be tested in the laboratory or outdoors, which realizes all-weather detection; The detection speed is only 40 seconds for each sample, and the fineness length can be completed at one time. The detection speed is 1000 times higher than that of common detection technology, and the detection cost is reduced by 60 times; No sample pretreatment is required; The detection accuracy is less than 0.22 μ M; Ordinary farmers and herdsmen can also operate, opening up new markets for animal husbandry, breeding, trade and processing. On the whole, the technology is fast, accurate, stable, economical and net.

   Xue juanli, director of raw material inspection of kangsaini group, introduced the experience of identifying Plush fiber. She believes that the quality inspection of carding cashmere requires standard fiber testing laboratory, advanced testing instruments, provincial craftsman level testers, strict management system and standardized operation methods. Kangsaini attaches great importance to various technical exchange activities organized by the industry, especially participates in the "wool fiber content comparison test" every year. Through the training, the company's wool fiber identification technology has been significantly improved. Kangsaini also often held cashmere test competitions to improve the technical level of testers. At the same time, she also supported the technical exchange activities of the industry. To a certain extent, she guided the inspection technicians of cashmere industry to improve their learning standards and strengthen their research on testing technology, which promoted the healthy development of China's cashmere industry. Then, Xue juanli introduced the experience of identifying Plush fiber with practical cases.
