The Fiber Supervision Center Of Linyi Inspection And Testing Center Successfully Passed Two National Textile Inspection Capability Verifications

Recently, the Fiber Supervision Center of Linyi Inspection and Testing Center participated in the capability verification between two national laboratories on textile fiber content and textile rubbing color fastness held by Nanjing Customs Industrial Products Testing Center, and all achieved good results of "satisfactory verification results".

Fiber content is an important indicator that determines the quality of textile and clothing products, and is one of the important testing items of textiles. When consumers choose clothing products, they often choose them according to the marked fiber content. Inconsistent fiber content will directly damage the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and seriously affect the comfort and usability of consumers in the use process; Color fastness to rubbing is a direct reflection of the surface morphology of textile fabrics, which will have a greater impact on the appearance of clothing.

Two capability verification experiments were carried out at the same time. The inspectors developed a thorough experimental plan and implementation scheme. From selecting key inspection personnel to instrument calibration and inspection, standard research and confirmation, and sorting out the original records, all the work was standardized and orderly. The test data was successfully submitted, and satisfactory results were obtained. Through the successful completion of the capability verification test, all the inspection personnel of the Fiber Supervision Center will make persistent efforts to continuously improve the inspection and monitoring capability, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experimental data, and provide high-quality services for high-quality development.
