"In the past two years, thanks to the east wind of the Winter Olympics, the market demand for ski gloves has kept rising." Chu Haihong, general manager of Jiaxiang County Lituo Gloves Co., Ltd. in the park, said that the enterprise scale and production efficiency have been greatly developed. Glove orders continue this year, and the company is expected to produce more than 30 million yuan this year.

At the end of 1980s, Jiaxiang County began to develop glove industry. At present, Jiaxiang has become an important ski glove production base in China, and its products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions around the world. Previously, Jiaxiang was rated as a "famous glove city in China" by the China Textile Industry Association. According to statistics, there are more than 300 glove production and processing enterprises and supporting enterprises, more than 1500 processing households, more than 50 supporting enterprises such as auxiliary material production and equipment supply, with an annual output of about 80 million pairs of gloves and an annual output value of 2.5 billion yuan, directly attracting more than 20000 employees and driving nearly 50000 employees in related industries.

"Now we are using 3D printing to design drawings. High end customers have strict requirements for glove design. In the past, it took two to three months from business contact to style finalization and delivery, which was time-consuming and inefficient." In order to reshape the production process, Chen Xu, the vice president who returned from overseas studies, adopted a digital 3D design scheme, through a more intuitive and convenient way, The design sample is presented to the customer to facilitate timely adjustment of scheme details and reduce the R&D cycle to 2 to 3 weeks.

"Led by these leading industry representative enterprises in the county, the industry has been constantly transforming and upgrading, exploring breakthroughs, and leaping to the middle and upper reaches of the industrial chain. Many enterprises have cooperated with colleges and universities, innovated and developed new technologies for gloves, launched more than 200 new products, and obtained more than 70 patents," said Wang Zhe, deputy director of Jiaxiang County Commerce Bureau.

Develop an industry and enrich people. Jiaxiang County, while continuously expanding the glove industry cluster, also actively innovates the production organization form and drives more people to find jobs. "In practice, the mode of headquarters and 'satellite factory' has achieved good results. The headquarters is mainly responsible for the development of samples, technical quality management, and 'satellite factory' is responsible for the sewing process." Chen Jianhua, chairman of Shandong Jianhua ZTE Gloves Co., Ltd., said that the production efficiency of enterprises has been further improved, driving a number of left behind people to find jobs nearby and increase their income.

In Sihe Village, Machun Town, Jiaxiang County, Hu Cunhua, a villager, with the help of party members and cadres, combined this model and used idle space to open a workshop for common prosperity, enabling local people to find jobs at home. "The processing workshop is in the village, and it is only 5 minutes' walk. The processing process is not complicated, and it is convenient to take care of the family. It can earn more than 3000 yuan a month to subsidize the household." Yue Fen, a villager living around, said with a smile.
