YOUNGOR group soon commissioned Ningbo Tianyi Trademark Service Co., Ltd. to apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the General Administration of industry and Commerce for a cancellation of the "DP" trademark.
YOUNGOR's main reasons are: the applied trademark DP is the acronym for "Durable press" in the clothing industry, meaning durable press or durable setting.

Accordingly, the Adjudication Board decided to cancel the registration of "DP" trademark.
